AI SEO Factory provides flat-rate SEO services to Australian small businesses, including:

The free scan provides a conservative estimate of potential leads per month and a content plan for your market. It is a projection based on real search data, not a guarantee of results. There is no obligation to proceed with any paid service after receiving your scan results.

The Launch package is invoiced as a one-off fee of $990 AUD. Payment is due before work commences unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Growth package is billed monthly at $690 AUD. Payment is due at the start of each month. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. There is no lock-in contract or minimum term.
For the Launch package, if you cancel before work has commenced, we will refund your payment in full. Once work has commenced, no refund is provided, though we will complete and deliver any work in progress.
For the Growth package, you may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. We will complete the current billing period and no further charges will apply. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Once you have paid in full for content we create, you own that content and may use it as you wish. We retain the right to use anonymised or aggregated data from your project (such as keyword research or performance metrics) for our own internal analysis and service improvement, but will not share your specific business information or content with third parties.
We use AI tools to draft and structure content. All content is reviewed, edited, and fact-checked by a person before delivery. We do not publish unreviewed AI-generated content, and we ensure all content meets our quality standards for accuracy, usefulness, and originality.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our total liability to you for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses (such as lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities) arising from our services, even if we were advised of the possibility of such losses.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Australian law.
We may terminate our services immediately if you breach these terms and do not remedy the breach within 14 days of being notified. Either party may terminate for convenience with 30 days' written notice.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify active customers by email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
